Measurements of Inclusive and Exclusive Diffraction at HERA

Recent measurements of inclusive processes, vector meson production and hadronic final states in diffractive interactions at HERA are presented. The data is used to investigate the factorization properties and study the partonic structure of colour singlet exchange. Resolved Pomeron and colour dipole models are compared with the data
