Solubility products for mercury chalcogenides

Description

Solubility products (SP) are calculated using the experimentally determined reduction (decomposition) potentials of HgTe and HgSe in different electrochemical systems. The SP value of HgTe is 10-63. The good agreement between the calculated SP values and those earlier obtained by different methods is noted
