Full text: The Kα and Kβ x-ray fluorescence cross sections and fluorescence yields were determined experimentally for elements Co, Ni, Cu and Zn at excitation energy 14.4 keV associated with gamma rays of 57Co radioisotope using a high resolution Si-PIN diode detector. The obtained results were compared with the available theoretical values and other measured values
