Vorticity and current density generated behind a hydromagnetic shock in a thermally conducting gas
Description
The present work deals with the flow across a hydromagnetic-shock surface in a thermally conducting gas. It is found that the corticity and current density just behind the shock are independent of the thermodynamical behaviour of the gas under the boundary condition [psub(i)]n=0. Explicit expression for the vorticity and current density behind the shock surface have been calculated
