Interaction in Cu2Se-In2Se3-Se ternary system

Description

A study was made on interaction in the Cu2Se-In2Se3-Se system in the CuSe-In2Se3 and CuInSe2-Se cross-sections where the formation of indicated ternary compounds is possible. The phase diagram of Cu2Se-In2Se3 system in the region of compositions containing more than 50 mol% of In2Se3 has been studied as well. As a result of investigation into interaction in the Cu2Se-In2Se3 binary system and in the Cu2Se-InSe3-Se according to the CuSe-In2Se3 and CUInSe2-Se cross-sections the projection of its laquadus surface was plotted. The existence of solid solutions in this existence of solid solutions in this system on the basis of CuInSe2 and CuIn3Se5 ternary compounds was confirmed
