Meson production in e+e- annihilation in the LEP energy range including Gluino fragmentation
Description
π- and K-meson production rates in e+e- collisions at LEP energies are calculated, taking into account contributions introduced by supersymmetric QCD below the squark production threshold, assumed to be further away. Although suppressed in the inclusive rate, it is found a nonnegligible probability for gluinos to fragment into slow ordinary mesons
