Sturmian expansion approximation to three-body scattering

Description
An L2 discretization of continuum effects using sturmian functions is tested in a model three-body problem. Numerical results are obtained in the low energy scattering region for a system of three bosons interacting via nonseparable pairwise interactions. The present results suggest that the method may be applicable to solving the more general N-body case. (orig.)
