Study of promoted diffusion and phase formation in Mo-Si system
Description
Some peculiarities of activator vapors (NaCl) influence on the kinetics and mass-transfer mechanism in Mo-Si system are considered in the framework of reaction diffusion as a multifactor process. Experimental and calculated data for the temperature range 1200-1350 deg C are presented. Direct experimental determination of silicon content in molybdenum disilicide specimens after different vacuum thermo-chemical processing are made
