Description

In 2022, renewable energies covered 28.7% of energy consumption in the Grand Est region (France), with around 46,400 GWh produced during the year, representing 13% of French renewable energy production. With more than 8,200 MW, by December 31, 2022, the Grand Est region was home to the third-largest installed base of renewable electricity generation facilities in France, covering 41% of the region's final electricity consumption.
