Description
The authors studied various experimental conditions, checked the optimal factor levels and dynamically analyzed the basal CL, luminal dependent CL, and the maximum phagocytic CL. The method is sensitive and accurate. The main experimental factors are designed as four factors and three levels, best selected by L9(34). The results are as follows: Ls threshold I(0.5), PHA II(500), pH II (7.6), Luminal III(10-4M). Furthermore, the authors studied the relationship between the release of active oxygen free radicals and the Ly-CL, and the interrelationship between the Ly-CL and the extracellular matrix in hepatic fibrosis. It suggested that Ly-CL is closely related to the hepatic fibrosis and cipid peroxidation in the process of liver cirrhosis
