Description

As few large reactors have already been dismantled, as dismantling works appear to be long and complex, and as many people question their technical feasibility and cost, this document reports the contributions to a debate about the issue of nuclear reactor dismantling, with interveners representing the ASN, the EDF deconstruction and environment department, and an engineering company specialised in dismantling works. Each intervener addresses how his organisation perceives the dismantling process and intervenes at its own level. Thus, some dismantling works and some specific aspects of them are presented. The content of a debate between these interveners is then reported
