Research on intellectual property risk assessment and protection strategy of nuclear power software

With the gradual implementation of the Going out strategy in nuclear power field, the need to develop nuclear power software with independent intellectual property rights is becoming more and more urgent. However, the development history of nuclear power software in China and the complexity of software intellectual property protection determine the development of nuclear powder software will inevitably exist many intellectual property issues. According to the characteristics of intellectual property protection of software and the current situation of nuclear power software protection at home and abroad, this paper analyzes intellectual property risks that may arise in different types of software development at different stages of software development, in addition, it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of using the copyright law, patent law, trade secrets and trademark law to protect intellectual property rights of nuclear power software, then proposes the intellectual property protection strategy during the development of nuclear power software from multiple angles, hoping that the above research can provide reference for intellectual property risk prevention and intellectual property protection on nuclear power software, and provide intellectual property information support for nuclear power to go out to cope with the competition of domestic and foreign competitors. It is hoped that the above research can provide intellectual property information support to Chinese enterprises for the competition of domestic and foreign competitors in the process of nuclear power going out.
