Experimental set-up for X-ray absorption spectroscopy at DESY

Description

We describe an apparatus for the measurement of X-ray absorption spectra, specially designed for the investigation of the extended X-ray absorption fine structure (EXAFS). Performance of the set-up is discussed and compared with an apparatus using the bremsstrahlung of a conventional X-ray source. (orig./HP)
