Description

With the help of electrochemical methods, the porous structure of Ta films produced by ion-beam assisted deposition on Cu substrate has been investigated. It is found, the electrochemical properties of At films and bulk material are the same that is evidence of the nonporous coatings production by the methods of deposition with simultaneous ion bombardment. It is shown that efficient corrosion protection is provided at coating thickness below 1 μm
