Structural studies of Ba6-3xNd8+2xTi18O54 microwave dielectric ceramics at T=10-295 K

Description
We report on the structural studies of Ba6-3xNd8+2xTi18O54 (x=0.5 and 0.7) microwave dielectric ceramics. Refinements of synchrotron X-ray diffraction patterns collected from powder samples between 10 and 295 K have showed that the lattice framework for both specimens is orthorhombic. Changes of the cell edges and volume as a function of temperature have been characterised
