The benefits of openness at Cernavoda
Description
Increasing openness and co-operation on the part of the new Romanian government has brought benefits all round in the Cernavoda project, where five CANDU nuclear reactors are under construction. It is now thought that the first unit could be put into operation by 1993, with the final units being completed around 1999. (author)
