Device for deactivation of horizontal steam generators in the primary circuit of nuclear power plants
Description
A device for deactivation of steam generators used with WWER type reactors is described. It includes a plate at the steam generator collector inlet, with a mechanism installed on it for stirring the deactivation solution and an elastic, cylindrically shaped movable membrane for separating the collector volume in two chambers. The device is characterized by a system of suporting bars and a rubber disk for closing the collector outlet, installed at the end of the body of stirring mechanism
