Hybrid reactors - potential sources of energy and of nuclear fuel

The physical principles and possible technical designs are given of a hybrid reactor. Also presented are the specifications of some hybrid system projects and the characteristics of some experimental research of the physics and technical problems of hybrid reactors. Their role in power generation of the future is discussed. (B.S.)
