Temperature dependence of the heat capacity of V3Si

Description
The temperature dependence of the specific heat capacity C(T) in the temperature range from 4.2 to 300 K of the V3Si monocrystal was studied. The sample under investigation had the ratio of resistanses α=rho300/rho18=25; the temperature of superconducting transition Tsub(k)=17 K. The anomaly connected with the structural transformation at the Tsub(M)=22 K, is found on the Csub(p)(T) dependence. The grapho-analytical analysis of the Csub(p) temperature dependence of the given sample of V3Si has indicated the presence of the additional negative member in heat capacity connected with the lattice nonharmonic vibrations
