Classification of the polynomial zeros of the 3-j and the 6-j coefficients

Description
The polynomial or 'non-trivial' zeros of the Clebsch-Gordan (3-j) and the Racah (6-j) coefficients are classified according to their degree. The majority of these zeros, hitherto considered as non-trivial, are shown to be polynomial zeros of degree one, arising due to binomial expansions for these coefficients. (author)
