Description

Basing on analysis of pp and K-p elastic scattering data in the range of 30 GeV/c, hadronic form factors of the proton and K- meson are determined in framework of theoretical models. An attempt was made to evaluate the quark size. An evidence was obtained that a part of the strongly interacting matter is spread from the hadron center to larger distances than the electromagnetic matter. The hadronic radii of proton and K- meson are found to be about 0.72-0.74 and 0.70-0.73 Fm, respectively, while the quark radius is smaller by a factor of 1.8-2.4. The obtained results are compared with data of other experiments and with direct measurements of the electromagnetic form factors and hadronic sizes. A possibility is analysed to describe the inclusive transverse momentum squared spectrum of soft pions as a product of hadronic form factors of the colliding particles
