Description

A review was made in this paper of inorganic ion exchange materials and their application in radioactive liquid waste treatment, including hydrated oxides and dydroxides associated with ferricyanides, heteropoly acid salt, polyvalent metal (transitional metal) and two new types of porous materials (titanium silicate crystals and cluster compounds). It is expected it would be useful for the future R and D on new inorganic materials that are expected to be used in dealing with radioactive liquid waste. (authors)
