On nature of anomalous photovoltaic effect in semiconductor films of telluride copper and indium

Description
The APV-effect in polycrystal thin films of telluride copper and indium received by discrete evaporation in vacuum has been investigated. It is shown that the surplus content of Te atoms influences on APV-effect and specific resistance of films. The mechanism of formation of APV is discussed on the basis of angular and spectral dependences. (authors)
