Description
Here is shown shortly the result of the Scientific-Technical Council of the investigation of hydraulic processes in hydraulic turbines, done by contact noise emission and statistics work-up of the signal controlled in the real time. Also here are drawn a subordinations and sorting criteria, the attractor triad is defined, and an expert decision, inferences and conclusion are done
