Self-localization of drift waves in a rotating bounded plasma

Description

Existence and specific nature of vortex structures in a rotating cylindrical plasma filament of the finite radius are analytically investigated. Propagating in plasma, the vortices transfer a part of substance in the form of captured particles and can affect plasma diffusion and thermal conductivity
