To the problem of anomalies of kinetic coefficients in Hgsub(1-x)Cdsub(x)Te at low temperatures

Description
A study is made on anomalies of specific resistance and Hall factor at low temperatures in p-Cdsub(0.2)Hgsub(0.8)Te crystals, without heat treatment. It was established that anomaly presence depends considerably on conditions of material synthesis. The assumption was made, concerning the cluster mechanism of conductivity, when the formation of binding net of path-ways of electron type flowing is possible in hole material.
