X-ay diagnosis of cancer of the middle and lower chest parts of the esophagus

Description

To correct topodosimetric plans for treatment of the middle and lower chest parts of esophagus the novel radiological indices permitting to obtain good results without application of complex methods for investigation. Technique is based on the study of shadow-forming nature in case of radiographic investigation into esophagus. Reveal of the whole neoplasm parameters and qualitative radiographs execution are marked to be of great importance

Abstract (Russian)

В целях уточнения топодозиметрического плана лечения рака нижнего и торакального отделов пищевода разработаны новые рентгенологические показатели, позволяющие без применения сложных методов исследования добиться высоких результатов. Методика основана на изучении природы тенеобразования при рентгеновском исследовании пищевода. Отмечается важность выявления всех параметров опухоли и производства качественных снимков
