Description
There is a re-emerging interest in small and medium size nuclear power plants, particularly in the developing countries. At the same time, especially since the three Mile Island accident, there has grown a greater concern about the safety of the present day nuclear power reactors. These have caused the emergence of many new nuclear reactor concepts. A new nuclear reactor design based on the fluidized bed concept is proposed. (Author)
