Visualisation of a papillary renal adenoma via urogram, sonography, computed tomography and renovasography with puncture

Description
The visualisation of the papillary renal adenoma is demonstrated on the basis of a case report, sing the classical and modern X-ray methods including sonography. However, it is only the on-target puncture which enables an accurate diagnosis of the type of adenoma. (orig.)

Es wird anhand einer Kasuistik die Darstellung des papillaeren Nierenadenoms mit Hilfe der klassischen und modernen Roentgenverfahren einschliesslich des Ultraschalls demonstriert. Erst die gezielte Punktion erlaubt aber eine Aussage zur Artdiagnose. (orig.)Additional details
