Description
This Act is the first text which regulates in Italy the peaceful uses for nuclear energy. It concerns the industrial and scientific uses of the atom; plants for the preparation, manufacture, separation, treatment, etc. of nuclear substances and lays down general provisions for the different activities connected with the peaceful uses of nuclear energy. Following the establishment of the CNEN, this Act provides an essential framework for the development of national nuclear activities, also in connection with the regulations already provided by the Euratom Treaty ratified by Italy by Act No. 1203 of 14 October 1957. La presente Loi constitue le premier texte qui reglemente les utilisations pacifiques de l'energie nucleaire en Italie. Elle s'applique aux utilisations industrielles et scientifiques de l'atome, aux usines pour la preparation, la fabrication, la separation, le traitement etc... des substances nucleaires et etablit des dispositions generales pour les diverses activites interessant l'utilisation pacifique de l'energie nucleaire. Apres la creation du CNEN, cette Loi fournit un cadre essentiel pour le developpement des activites nationales nucleaires, egalement en relation avec les reglements deja etablis par le Traite Euratom, ratifie par l'Italie par la Loi no. 1203 du 14 octobre 1957Files
