Description
Shifts of the uranium L-series five X-ray lines for UF4-UF3 its ion compound pair are measured experimentally. A good correspondence with theoretical calculations using Dirac-Fock method in the assumption, that 5f-electron participates in the formation of chemical bond, is shown. 5 refs.; 1 fig
