Zinc and cadmium electric transfer in liquid gallium, antimony and bismuth transfer in liquid indium
Description
To calculate processes of liquid gallium and indium deep refinement Zn and Cd electric mobilities in Ga (impurity content is ∼10-3 mas.%) are determined at 50 deg C using the stationary state fixing method. Electric mobilities and effective diffusion coefficients of Sb and Bi in their diluted alloys with liquid In (Sb∼10-3 mas.%) are determined at 270 and 350 deg C on the basis of data on concentrating. In all the systems except for Ga-Zn scattering cross sections for conduction electrons of impurities found on the basis of data on electric transfer, sufficiently increase their values calculated by pure metal electric conductivity
