The hypothesis of nuclear clusters on the splitting and degeneracy of nuclear energy levels
Description
The author proposed a hypothesis that the nuclei are consisted of nuclear clusters of d(deuterium) and t(tritium). Various evidences are presented that d and t exist in nuclei and fill up energy level. The rule of 2-splitting and degeneracy is used to explain the filling up of the energy level. A verification of the hypothesis is given
