The magnetic properties of superconductive monocrystals and films of Ba0,6K0,4BiO3

Description
The magnetic properties of superconductive monocrystals and films of Ba0,6K0,4BiO3 grown by means of electrochemical absorption method are studied at temperature about 30 K. Peak-effect was observed in this system for the first time. The pinning mechanism of vortex lattice in thick films was studied in details. Field dependences of critical currents are in good agreement with theory of collective pinning in bundle regime of small vortex in temperature range 5 - 20 K
