Study on pNe interactions with proton emission into the background hemisphere in laboratory system at the momentum pc=300GeV

Description

Experimental data on multiplicity, momentum and angular characteristics of secondary protons emitted at angles THETA h.p. >= 90 deg in pNe interactions at 300 GeV/c are presented. It is pointed out that at 130 deg < or approximately 180 deg the experimental data indicate the constancy of differential multiplicities of cumulative protons. This result is in agreement with the data on photoprodUction of cumulative protons at low (E approximately GeV) energies. The analysis of the data obtained shows also that momentum spectra of cumulative protons strongly depend on their escape angle
