Description
A study is made on saturation of absorption of a powerfull laser radiation due to transition between two excited states of multielectron atom or multielectron impurity center in semiconductor, one of the state being autoionization one. It is shown that account of configuration interaction results to sufficient reconstruction of the spectral dependence of nonlinear optical absorption
