EXAFS-spectroscopy of perovskite-like superconducting oxides

Description
On the basis of the study of the temperature dependences of the EXFAS spectra of Ba1-xKxBiO3 superconducting oxide one put forward a model of the relationship between the local crystalline and the local electron structures. The oxygen ions were revealed to oscillate within diatomic potential and their oscillations were correlated with the transfer of the local electron pairs. The similar peculiar features of the EXAFS spectra were observed in La2-xSrxCuO4 enabling to extend the mentioned model to the cuprate superconductors. The model on the basis of the unified approach enables to explain the ground antiferromagnetic state, the dielectric-metal transition and the superconductivity occurrence when La2CuO4 is doped with strontium
Abstract (Russian)
На основе исследования температурных зависимостей EXFAS-спектров сверхпроводящего оксида Ba1-xKxBiO3 предложена модель взаимосвязи локальной кристаллической и локальной электронной структур. Обнаружено, что ионы кислорода колеблются в двухатомном потенциале и их колебания коррелированы с переносом локальных электронных пар. Аналогичные особенности EXFAS-спектров наблюдаются также в La2-xSrxCuO4, что позволило распространить предложенную модель на купратные сверхпроводники. Модель на основе единого подхода позволяет объяснить основное антиферромагнитное состояние, переход диэлектрик-металл и появление сверхпроводимости при допировании La2CuO4 стронциемAdditional details
