The analysis of the RR Lyrae type variable HD 176387 (MT Tel)

Description

In a coarse analysis the RR Lyrae type variable HD 176387 (MT Tel) was compared with the Hyades star HD 26462 and the old disc population star γ VirS. It was found that HD 176387 is deficient in metals by a factor of 270 in comparison with HD 26462 and by a factor of 90 in comparison with γ VirS. (author)
