Production of monocrystalline fine structure tungsten deposits from chlorides using transport reactions modernized technique

Description

Fine structure monocrystalline tungsten deposits up to several mm thick on cylindrical monocrystalline molybdenum substrates (axis < 111 >) have been produced. Structure and morphology of the deposits produced are studied and conclusions are made on the dependence on their growing conditions and on the perfect quality of substrate (the roughness of surface etc.)
