Anomalous states of odd spherical nuclei
Description
Relationship between vibrational and quasiparticle motions is discussed for the case when the Pauli's principle is partially satisfied. Calculations for Tc isotopes and an analysis of excitation spectra of nuclei in the range 18<A<150 make it possible to understand the nature of anomalies, often interpreted either as distortions of the shell structure or as effects of deformation
