Activities of technical cooperation in the countries of Latin America: the case of Costa Rica
Description
The activities of technical cooperation in the region of Latin America, have been promoted by the own countries, and by the International Atomic Energy Agency, since 1957. In Costa Rica from 1969, the Commission of Atomic Energy of Costa Rica, has developed an intense work in the promotion of the pacific uses of nuclear energy, as well as, the coordination and canalization of the international technical cooperation, toward the national executing institutions. Las actividades de cooperacion tecnica en la region de America Latina, han sido promovidas por los propios paises, y por el Organismo Internacional de Energia Atomica, desde 1957. En Costa Rica, dede 1969, la Comision de Energia Atomica de Costa Rica, ha desarrollado una intensa labor en la promocion de los usos pacificos de la energia nuclear, asi como en la coordinacion y canalizacion de la cooperacion tecnica internacional, hacia las instituciones nacionales ejecutoras.
