The paper presents some Monte Carlo simulation results for an array ion-chamber applied in radiation imaging, including performances of wall effect, non-linearity feature of energy response, non-identity of real detection efficiency of every channel with the same unit, etc., part of simulation results have been compared with respective experiment data
