Quantitative regularities of the injury and repair of MNS system of rats exposed to single and continuous external γ-irradiations

Description
A quantitative regularity of changes induced in a group of peripheric blood factors and bone marrow cells by a single exposure of rats to 300 R and daily irradiation with 5 R/day during five years has been investigated. A mathematical model is proposed to determine the parameters of damages and repair. It has been shown that the rate of the repair processes at a continuous irradiation is much more lower than after a single exposure
