Departure nucleate boiling during boiling in models of rod assembly cells

Description
The results of experimental studies into the departure nucleate boiling in the models of rod assembly elementary cells are given.The studies were carried out in the elementary cells of triangular and tetragonal configurations under the pressure of 2.9-13.7 MPa and mass flow rate of 500-3000 kg/(m2xs). The experimental data on departure nucleate boiling are compared with the data for circular tubes and with critical power calculations using various techniques
