A theoretical study of the 3d-2p resonance to intercombination line-intensity ratio in mid-Z Ne-like ions
Creators
Description
The oscillator strengths of the 2p53d3/21P1-2p61S0 and 2p53d5/23D1-2p61S0 resonance and intercombination transitions in seven Ne-like ions, namely CrXV, FeXVII, NiXIX, ZnXXI, GeXXIII, SeXXV and KrXXVII, are calculated by using a relativistic multi-configuration Dirac-Fock method. In the calculations, main correlation and relaxation effects are considered. The results are compared with some experimental measurements and theoretical predictions as far as available. In addition, the relative oscillator strength ratios of resonance and intercombination lines for those ions are compared with the recent experiments made on a tokamak and electron-beam ion trap
