Study of zirconium(4) interaction with quercetin-5'-sulfonic acid in aqueous solutions by spectrophotometry

Description
Interaction of zirconium (4) with quercetin-5'-sulfonic acid (QSA) is studied by spectrophotometry. The complex composition at the excess of QSA and pH 2-6, equalling Zr4:QSA1:1 is determined. The complexing mechanism is described. The conventional constant of formation βy=(1.21±0.53)x105 is determined
