Baryosynthesis in a tilted anisotropic universe

Creators

  • 1. Cape Town Univ. (South Africa). Dept. of Applied Mathematics

Description

The generation of a nonzero nett baryon number by CP-violating interactions is discussed in the content of a Bianchi type V locally rotationally symmetric cosmology. The effects of tilt and shear at very early times on the baryon number are used to place limits on both tilt and anisotropy at temperatures T approximately equal to 1030 K. Results are compared with those previously obtained for standard models of the universe
