Description
An Abelian topological action is constructed from the quantization of Seiberg endash Witten monopole equations as open-quotes Langevin equations.close quotes The starting point is an analogous action to the Labastida endash Pernici close-quote s non-supersymmetric action for Donaldson theory. As the local symmetry of the action is first stage reducible, the quantum action is obtained by using Batalin endash Vilkovisky quantization procedure. We can also obtain off-shell quantum action and BRST transformation. copyright 1997 American Institute of Physics
