Description

This order issued by the French Ministry of ecology, sustainable development and energy concerns the declarations of radioactive materials and wastes to the national inventory. It details and clarifies the nature of information to be declared to this inventory. It specifies modifications introduced in the Code of public health. These modifications notably concern detailed identifications, descriptions and classifications of the concerned materials and wastes. It also defines the different economic sectors which are concerned by this issue (electronuclear, research, defence, non-electronuclear industry)
