Effect of ionizing radiation on the morphogenesis of cutting parsley (Petroselinum crispum)
Description
The effect of seed irradiation on the development of different varieties of cutting parsley was investigated in laboratory and field tests, resp. Low dose irradiation (2-4 Gy) caused a considerable acceleration of growth and an increase in productivity. The effect of seed irradiation is significant for the horticultural practice as to the stabilization of yield
